Rosemont

Rosemont:
The Capitol City of Alvia, and the most populace city in the north Rosemont is home to nearly half a million residents.  It is a diverse and colorful city.  It is divided up into three districts by walls and by water.

Lower District-
The Lower district is the most diverse and largest part of the city.  Closest to the outer walls it is centered around the Great Square of King Issac the great with a statue of that great King and founder of the Realm standing proud at its center.  To the North East of this square is the Tradesmen Square which is a common place for travelers to stop and rest given its "establishments".   To the direct north of the Square is the Church of the One, a sizable church and largest center of worship of the Faith of the One in Alvia.  To the East of it is the Workmen's row were a great deal of industry and production occurs of both goods and weapons.  Directly to the south west of Issac's Square is Fort Shamrock the Home base of the Knights of Rosemont.  Following the streets south east one comes upon the Internal farms which provide fresh grown produce for the city along with the great Aqueducts.   Right next to these is the City park, a public place of relaxation and meeting.   Further east is the main Dock yards where ships from around the globe make port.  Citizens and visitors are advise to not go to the Dock yards as they have a high rate of crime.

Inner District-
The Inner district plays home to the wealthiest of the cities peoples and the heart of Alvia's culture and economy.  After passing through the main gates into Queen Elenewie's Square one shall find themselves surrounded by the Splendor of Alvia's great achievements.  To the north is Great Theater of Queen Izlandia, where plays and concerts of uncounted number have been preformed.  Directly to the east is the Royal Bank of Rosemont, the financial heart of the Kingdom.   To the South is the Royal Museum of Rosemont as established by King Robert the second of his name.  On the south road one finds themselves surrounded by great knowledge as they first pass the Grand Library of Rosemont, the largest library in the world.  Right next door to the Library is the University of Rosemont, the Greatest center of learning in the realm educating everyone from royalty to peasants.  Right across the road is the College of Magi, the Center of Magical study in the Heartlands.  To the east of the Square is the White sand beach a place of leisure and relaxation open to all, surrounded on either side by the inner harbor which is noticeably safer than the the Dockyards to the south.  To the North is the Grand Temple, the center of worship of the Goddesses in Alvia, home of many sacred relics, and home to the Eldest Sister.  To the east of this is the mighty Arsenal, the home of the Silvercloaks and the harbor for Rosemont's defending fleet.  Here in the Arsenal thousands of troops can be trained, armed, and mustered.  It is home to the Royal School of Swordcraft and the mighty Eagles Fortress which Guards the entrance into the Emerald bay.

The Seaside Keep-
The Seaside Keep is the center of Government in Alvia, the Rose wood Throne.  The Seaside keep is a mighty fortress, home to the Alvian Royal family and a near unassailable fortress.  Set on an island in the Emerald bay it can only be reached by a series of  bridges running both north and south which also serve to protect the inner harbor of the city.
